High performance team model 

In order to set up a solid foundation for our lab crew’s internal work together, we used the Drexler/Sibbet Team Performance® Model as a frame for our ground work. The model functions as a tool for understanding the predictable stages involved in creating and sustaining teams.

How WE DID it

  • Identifying and clustering learning objectives for the project.

  • Share what is motivating us in our work individually and what change in the world we wish to see– creating trust and awareness in the process.

  • Map out the current situation of the lab and create a common game plan for moving forward.
